Mozzy Performs A "Walk Up" In Broad Daylight
Mozzy's street alliteration returns to the fold on October 5th. The presumptive title Gangland Landlord is everything you need to know about the man behind the project and the probationary pull he has to his hometown of Sacramento, California.
But on the occasion of his one-week countdown, Mozzy decided to go at it alone, for leadup single "Walk Up," a brazen tale of taking what's not yours. As per usual, Mozzy warms up to the typical 808, synth-laden production, with tales of violent reciprocity. The "Walk Up" is the act of performing a sweep without any trepidations. Mozzy is by far the best in his bracket at creating musical parody, between violent subject material, and the buoyant nature of the backing tracks he often calls upon. Check out "Walk Up" while you await Gangland Landlord.
