Coco Ho is an American professional surfer.
Coco is the daughter of mother Brian and father, surfer Michael Ho (Michael K. Ho). Her uncle, father’s brother, is surfer Derek Ho. She is a first cousin, once removed, of singer and songwriter Don Ho.
Coco’s paternal grandfather was Edmund Kaho’olauli’i “Chico” Ho (the son of George Lim Ho and Annie Keonaona Kaihe). Edmund was born in Hawaii. George was born in Hawaii, to parents from China, Ho Tien-Yuan and Chun Apo Ching. Annie was born in Hawaii, the daughter of John Kaihe and Louisa Kamakao’olea Puao.
Coco’s paternal grandmother was Joeine M. Gray (the daughter of John Doy Gray and Marjorie “Margie” Frank Edwards). Joeine was born in Hawaii. John was born in Colorado, the son of Doy Edmund Gray and Jenney/Jenny Larson, whose parents were Swedish. Marjorie was born in Oregon, the daughter of Fred Allen Edwards and Margaret Julia Maddock.
